Seven of eight active DeMolay members of the Saskatchewan chapter attended the workshop. There were participants from chapters in Cold Lake, Edmonton, Red Deer and Calgary. It was a fun filled weekend at Birch Bay Ranch located about 25 minutes from Sherwood Park, Alberta.  Along with activities for the DeMolay youth, there were break out sessions for the adult advisors. Inter- provincial meetings like this provide an excellent time to learn from other chapters. A highlight for our Saskatchewan Chapter was the election of our officers. Liam and Kevin ran a very informative and efficient election, guiding our DeMolay members to a successful result. We anticipate having an installation ceremony in May , 2026. On March 14, 2026 we initiated three new candidates.  Theodore, Raphaël and Alexandre Visiting dignitaries were  RW Bro George Frederick, RW Bro Judicaël Moukoumi, RW Bro Gord Davey, RW Bro Mike Keogan and Grayson McAllister who led the initiation ceremony as Master Councillor.  We had a great little get together today! Five adults, three DeMolay and one Job's Daughters member. Once again, the billiards table proved to be popular. Good discussions about planning for two upcoming events: The Initiatory degree on March 14th and the Alberta DeMolay Association spring workshop on April 10, 11 and 12, 2026. Exciting times for DeMolay in Saskatchewan!

Raphaël, Theodore, Mason, Chael and Sebastian  Alexandre attended the meeting  but was not present for this picture.  A business meeting was held in the Chapter room from 2:30 PM to 3:40 PM. Chael reported on DeMolay having attended the Job's installation on January 4, 2026. Chris advised that thank you cards should be sent to Victory Lodge #144, Asquith Harmony Lodge #75 and Ionic Lodge #31 for their monetary donations to DeMolay. Alexandre will attend the Victory Lodge meeting on Saturday March 14 to deliver the thank you in  person. He will invite them to attend the Initiatory degree later that evening. On Friday, February 6, 2026, DeMolay assisted Job's  Daughters at the Masonic Temple. Job's invited DeMolay to help out at the Saskatoon and District Labour Council annual general meeting. DeMolay was  required to clear the banquet tables after the evening meal. Following that, they reset the tables for the second day of the meeting.  DeMolay had two adults and two DeMolay work at this event. Turns out it was easy work though because Job's Daughters had many workers too! And to make the event even better, DeMolay will be paid a small amount for helping out!

 A regular meeting was held in the Chapter Room.  Chael presented a DeMolay t shirt to our newest member, Raphaël. The following were topics of discussion: -Current membership status and prospective candidates. -Future social events such as a visit to the trampoline center and a bowling event which would include Job's Daughters. -The proposed timeline to have our newest members receive the Initiatory degree and the DeMolay degree. We are hoping that the Alberta DeMolay Association will come to Saskatoon in February or March for the Initiatory degree. This could be followed in April with the DeMolay degree at the ADA spring workshop.
