Raphaël, Theodore, Mason, Chael and Sebastian  Alexandre attended the meeting  but was not present for this picture.  A business meeting was held in the Chapter room from 2:30 PM to 3:40 PM. DeMolay Present: Raphaël, Theodore, Mason, Chael, Sebastian and Alexandre. Treasurer's report provided by Chris Howe. Minutes from January 18, 2026 meeting were read by scribe Sebastian. Chael reported on DeMolay having attended the Job's installation on January 4, 2026. Chris advised that thank you cards should be sent to Victory Lodge #144, Asquith Harmony Lodge #75 and Ionic Lodge #31 for their monetary donations to DeMolay. Alexandre will attend the Victory Lodge meeting on Saturday March 14 to deliver the thank you in  person. He will invite them to attend the Initiatory degree later that evening. On Friday, February 6, 2026, DeMolay assisted Job's  Daughters at the Masonic Temple. Job's invited DeMolay to help out at the Saskatoon and District Labour Council annual general meeting. DeMolay was  required to clear the banquet tables after the evening meal. Following that, they reset the tables for the second day of the meeting.  DeMolay had two adults and two DeMolay work at this event. Turns out it was easy work though because Job's Daughters had many workers too! And to make the event even better, DeMolay will be paid a small amount for helping out!

 A regular meeting was held in the Chapter Room.  Chael presented a DeMolay t shirt to our newest member, Raphaël. The following were topics of discussion: -Current membership status and prospective candidates. -Future social events such as a visit to the trampoline center and a bowling event which would include Job's Daughters. -The proposed timeline to have our newest members receive the Initiatory degree and the DeMolay degree. We are hoping that the Alberta DeMolay Association will come to Saskatoon in February or March for the Initiatory degree. This could be followed in April with the DeMolay degree at the ADA spring workshop.

 Job's Daughters Installation of Officers On Sunday, January 4, 2026, we attended the Job's Daughters installation of officers. We had excellent representation from DeMolay, including a prospective candidate, parents, siblings and grandparents. The Jobies performed the installation with perfect memory work and floorwork. They appear to be in good hands for the ensuing term.

 DeMolay attended the annual Shrine Christmas party on December 7, 2025. We had 4 existing members attend along with siblings, parents and grandparents. As usual, the Shrine Club did not disappoint! The master of ceremonies kept the children engaged throughout the two hour event and the Shrine clown unit provided much fun and frivolity! Job's Daughters engaged the children with arts and crafts activities. DeMolay assisted Santa with gift delivery to all children in attendance.  "Gift wrapping" Shrine and Grand Lodge members. Artistic results of gift wrapping! Four DeMolay and one who will join in January 2026. Ho, Ho, Ho, its Santa time! A rousing rendition of Jingle Bells!

 We had seven people attend the convention. Four DeMolay young men, two adults and one future DeMolay. The Saskatchewan Contingent All  DeMolay  attended the business meetings, networked with each other and attended the banquet on Saturday evening.  There were various presentations made Head Table Ritual Competition Awards Ritual Competition Awards Our Chapter was very pleased to learn that we were awarded a Certificate of Recognition by the Alberta DeMolay Association. All four bethels were in attendance for the convention. There was an election held earlier in the day to pick the incoming Alberta DeMolay Associate Sweetheart.
